Singita Kwitonda Lodge & Kwitonda House, located near Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park, has been ranked the second-best hotel in the world among the top 50 luxury hotels for 2026. This achievement highlights Rwanda’s growing reputation as a leading tourism destination.
The ranking was published by Robb Report, a U.S.-based international magazine known for reviewing luxury travel, hotels, real estate, cars, and other high-end lifestyle products.
The hotel earned its high position because of its beautiful location, excellent customer service, and unique experience for visitors. Its close proximity to the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park also makes it one of the most attractive destinations for tourists from around the world.
According to Robb Report, the rankings are based on detailed research and opinions from international luxury travel experts. Hotels are evaluated on several factors, including architectural design, quality of service, environmental conservation, and the overall guest experience.
