Rwanda FDA Closes 101 More Beverage Factories and Orders Removal of Their Advertisements

Rwanda FDA closes 101 more factories, including Cetraf Ltd factory in Musanze district

The Rwanda Food and Drugs Authority (Rwanda FDA) has announced the closure of 101 more factories producing fermented alcoholic beverages and revoked their production licenses. The Authority said inspections and enforcement of these measures will continue. It also ordered the removal of all advertising signboards promoting the affected products from across the country.
